As an international student from outside the EU, handling your visa and registration matters promptly is absolutely essential. Delays can seriously impact your studies and legal status in Germany.
Your student visa needs to be converted to a residence permit (Aufenthaltserlaubnis) or renewed before it expires.
You must register your address at the Bürgeramt within 14 days of moving.
Processing times can take 2-4 months! Book appointments as early as possible!
